I struggle with regulating my emotions, and my RSD is easily triggered. I apologize if I ever snap at you, say something bad or stop responding entirely.

Along with this, I struggle to explain my emotions quite often. It is why I do not like questions about how I am doing. You can still ask them though.

I don’t vent very often, and usually cannot handle others venting to me. That doesn’t mean I won’t ever let you, though.
